For previous players of the Great Game, see: Previous Players

The Fated Four most commonly refers to the current players of the Great Game, They are Rikthain, Baranae, Ayyalan, and Salvanikh. They came to the Great Game together, not expecting to stumble upon what they did. Since discovering the unplayed game, they have sat and played. Once devout friends, they have since become at odds; though not fully. They are rivals and competitors, though they have never forgotten their shared history.

Rikthain

[edit]

Blue, North

The Yellow Faction: Schemers, plotters, masterminds

Description

[edit]

Blue is known for order, for seeking to retain the status quo. His actions rarely seem to deviate from that course. Many think his true motive lies somewhere in bringing back the dragons. (Generally considered orderly good luck)

Barenae

[edit]

Green, East

The Green Faction: Mages, Magic, the Guilds, Guildsmen

Description

[edit]

Green is a major proponent of magic, often following what seems to be the will of Magic. She has often associated with Mages (and the guilds in general) it is often thought her objectives are to strengthen the power of magic (Generally considered chaotic good luck)

Ayyalan

[edit]

Yellow, South

The Blue Faction: Rulers, Leadership, the Honorable, the Ilankelath

Description

[edit]

Yellow is often considered to be the most opaque of the Fated Four, her objectives shrouded in mystery, and her actions seeming to follow a greater plan only she can see. (generally considered orderly bad luck)

Salvanikh

[edit]

Red, West

The Red Faction: Freedom fighters, Rebels, Heretics, Anarchists, the Faithless

Description

[edit]

Red is known for chaos, a desire to tear systems down, he has very little clear objective other than to do away with the bounds of the world, some see him as a liberating figure, a god who (paradoxically) seeks total freedom and self determination for all (Considered by many to be Chaotic bad luck)
